What cookies am I ordering?
You’re purchasing Otterbein’s Cookies 7oz bags, available in 4 classic flavors. Otterbein's Cookies are thin, crispy and baked using a time-honored recipe.
How many cookies are in each bag?
Chocolate Chip Bags contain about 14 cookies. Sugar, Ginger and Lemon container about 22.
When will the cookies be delivered?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Are the cookies shelf-stable?
Yes. Cookies are shelf-stable and have a best-by date approximately 6 months from production. Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration required.
Are the cookies kosher?
Yes. Otterbein’s Cookies are kosher certified.
Do the cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Cookies contain wheat, milk and soy and are made in a facility that processes other common allergens.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because these cookies are made specifically for fundraisers, all sales are final.
